Onlangs stuitte ik op het wereldwijde web op een mij nog onbekende organisatie: MEDIATORS WITHOUT BORDERS. Een vrij nieuwe club opgericht door Ken Cloke. Hartstikke interessant! Van de website en de blog heb ik alvast missie, visie en kernwaarden overgenomen.
Mission: Mediators Without Borders brings together experienced mediators to collaborate and participate in mitigating violent conflict and organizing alternative approaches to expressing, negotiating, and resolving political, economic, social, ethnic, and religious differences. By fostering collaborative
initiatives in partnership with local indigenous efforts. Mediators Without Borders assists in building and sustaining local capacity and training in ways that encourage forgiveness and reconciliation and integrate peace with justice.
Vision: It is MWB's vision to build a peace "able" world.
